When is the last day I can register to be guaranteed a shirt?
T-Shirt deadline is January 31, 2024.

Are there extra shirts available if I miss the shirt deadline?
We cannot guarantee a shirt if you miss the January 31st shirt deadline.  We may have some extras available but can not guarantee a shirt or the correct size. 

If you are interested in a shirt but missed the deadline please fill out your information on the clipboards in the registration room on race day and we will do what we can to accommodate you. 

When is the registration deadline?
Online Registration closes February 7, 2024.

Can I register in person if I miss the online registration?
Yes of course! We have day of registration for anyone who misses the online registration date
or is holding out to see what the weather is like.

When is packet pick-up?
All registrants who signed up BEFORE the shirt deadline can pick up their t-shirts at Performance Running Outfitters in Brookfield.  Packet pick-up is Thursday, February 8th and Friday, February 9th from 3-7pm. (Watch your email for more details)

Can I pick my packet up on race day?
Given our capacity limitations in the building at the event we strongly encourage everyone to use the packet pick-up Thursday or Friday night from 3-7pm at PRO.  We will have all the extra packets available for you to grab on race day if you are not able to make it to either of those dates.

Where should I park?
There is street parking but plan on getting there early if you are going to park on the street.  Roads close at 9am to accommodate the race so we recommend parking at the Wisconsin Lutheran Athletic Fields and taking the free shuttle that will take you right to the clubhouse entrance and then back to your car at the end of the race.  There is some construction along Underwood parkway so please allow ample time for parking!

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are allowed for walkers on the course but not in the clubhouse.  Please plan accordingly.
